Upstate Suicide Prevention Training

Suicide is the 11th leading cause of death in the state of South Carolina. Pickens County has one of the highest rates of suicide deaths in the state. The change starts with us. Come learn about the warning signs and resources for how you can prevent suicide in your community. This a free event and will include lunch and a training guide. This is open to anyone including parents, teachers, guidance counselors, students, coaches, and mental health professionals. ​
